General
What is ManagedCRM.org?
ManagedCRM.org is a fully managed, whitelabeled GoHighLevel service built specifically for home service contractors. You get a branded CRM, real-time sync with the booking software you already use, and a dedicated team that sets up and runs your marketing automation — not self-serve software you configure yourself.
Is this the same as just buying GoHighLevel?
No. GoHighLevel is powerful but self-serve — most contractors never finish setting it up. ManagedCRM.org is the fully managed layer on top: a dedicated team builds, integrates, and maintains it for you, and you never touch the underlying software's learning curve.
Which booking or field-service software does this work with?
We integrate with the tools home service businesses already use, including ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Jobber, Inspection Support Network (ISN), and SPOTIO. See the Integrations section for details on each.
How long does setup take?
A typical Launch or Growth onboarding — from discovery call to go-live — takes a few weeks, depending on how much custom workflow work is needed and how quickly historical data can be migrated.
Do you work with associations or coaching groups?
Yes — we partner with trade associations and coaching/mastermind groups to bring done-for-you automation to their members, usually starting with a free educational workshop rather than a sales pitch. See the Partner Program page for details.
Plans & pricing
How much does ManagedCRM.org cost?
Launch starts at $199/month plus a $497 one-time setup fee. Growth starts at $299/month plus a $697 one-time setup fee. Association and coaching-group members typically get 40–50% off either plan.
What's included in the one-time setup fee?
The setup fee covers data migration, booking-software integration, telephony and email configuration, and deployment of the standard automation library (review requests, missed-call text-back, lead follow-up, and appointment reminders).
Is there a contract or minimum term?
We recommend a minimum 3–6 month term on Launch so the upfront setup work has time to pay off — ask on your discovery call for the current specifics, since terms can vary by plan and by season.
What's the difference between Launch and Growth?
Launch covers a single booking-software sync and 5 core automations — a good fit for 1–6 techs. Growth adds real-time bi-directional sync, an AI chat widget and after-hours voice receptionist, referral and birthday automation, and up to 10 custom workflow builds — built for 7–20 techs with multiple lead sources.
By trade
HVAC
Does this work alongside ServiceTitan or replace it?
It works alongside it. ServiceTitan (or Housecall Pro) stays your operational system of record for scheduling and dispatch — ManagedCRM.org adds the marketing and follow-up layer on top, synced in real time so nothing has to be entered twice.
Can it handle after-hours emergency calls specifically?
Yes — missed-call text-back fires immediately on any unanswered call, and the Growth plan adds an AI voice receptionist that can answer after-hours calls directly and get a callback request or booking started.
How does maintenance plan renewal automation work?
Each customer's maintenance agreement is tracked in the CRM, and renewal reminder sequences trigger automatically on a schedule you set — by text, email, or both — well ahead of the renewal date.
Roofing
Can this handle a sudden spike in storm leads?
Yes — that's exactly the scenario missed-call text-back and instant lead-response automation are built for. Every new lead gets an immediate response, even when volume is 5-10x a normal week, so nothing sits untouched for hours.
How does it handle insurance-driven sales cycles?
Nurture sequences can be built around a longer timeline — check-in touchpoints while a claim is pending, rather than a single follow-up call that happens too early or too late relative to the adjuster's decision.
Does it help with referrals specifically, not just reviews?
Yes — referral requests are a separate automation from review requests, timed after project completion, and can include an incentive if you offer one.
Electrical
Can it prioritize emergency vs. non-emergency calls?
Missed-call text-back treats every unanswered call the same by default, but the message and follow-up sequence can be customized — for example, flagging certain callback requests as urgent for immediate dispatch review.
How does quote follow-up work?
After an estimate is logged, an automated sequence follows up over the following days and weeks — a mix of check-ins and reminders — so quotes don't go cold from lack of follow-up.
Can it identify upsell opportunities like panel upgrades?
Yes, with a custom workflow: households with known older panels or specific service history can be tagged and included in a targeted reactivation campaign.
Plumbing
How fast does missed-call text-back respond to an emergency call?
Immediately — the text goes out the moment a call is missed, so the customer hears back within seconds instead of waiting for a returned call or moving on to the next plumber.
Can it bring back past customers automatically?
Yes — reactivation campaigns can target customers who haven't booked in a set period (e.g. 12-18 months) with a reminder or seasonal offer, without anyone having to manually pull that list.
Does this replace dispatch software?
No — your dispatch and scheduling software stays the operational system of record. This adds the marketing, follow-up, and re-engagement layer on top, synced in real time.
Home Inspection
Does this integrate directly with ISN?
Yes — real-time sync with Inspection Support Network means booking and customer data flows between ISN and your CRM automatically, without manual re-entry.
Can it help manage realtor relationships specifically, not just customers?
Yes — agents and referral partners can be tracked as their own contact type with their own nurture and check-in sequences, separate from the buyers or sellers being inspected.
How does this help with review volume?
A review request automatically triggers after each completed inspection, rather than depending on the inspector remembering to ask on-site or send a follow-up manually.
Pest Control
Can it track recurring service schedules automatically?
Yes — recurring plan renewal dates sync from your field-service software, and reminder sequences trigger automatically ahead of each renewal instead of relying on manual tracking.
Does it help convert one-time customers into recurring plans?
Yes — an automated follow-up sequence after a one-time treatment can present the recurring plan option, timed for when the customer is most likely to say yes.
How does it handle seasonal demand spikes?
Missed-call text-back and instant lead response mean spikes in call volume — like the first warm week of ant or mosquito season — don't result in lost bookings from unanswered calls.
Integrations
ServiceTitan
Is the sync one-way or two-way?
Two-way (bi-directional). Changes made in ServiceTitan reflect in the CRM, and relevant CRM activity (like lead status from a marketing touchpoint) can reflect back in ServiceTitan, depending on your plan and configuration.
Does this replace ServiceTitan?
No. ServiceTitan remains your operational system of record for scheduling, dispatch, and invoicing. The CRM adds the marketing, follow-up, and automation layer on top, kept in sync in real time.
How long does the integration take to set up?
Typically part of standard onboarding — a few weeks from discovery call to a tested, live sync, depending on the complexity of your existing ServiceTitan setup.
Housecall Pro
Does the integration require changing how my team uses Housecall Pro?
No — your team keeps using Housecall Pro exactly as before for scheduling and dispatch. The CRM integration runs in the background, syncing data and triggering marketing automation without changing your day-to-day workflow.
What happens if a customer's info changes in Housecall Pro?
Updates sync automatically, so the CRM always reflects current contact info and job status rather than working from a stale copy.
Which trades typically use this integration?
Most commonly HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and pest control businesses, since Housecall Pro is widely used across those trades — but the integration works for any Housecall Pro account.
Jobber
Can it follow up on quotes automatically?
Yes — when a quote is sent in Jobber, that can trigger an automated follow-up sequence in the CRM, so quotes don't go cold from lack of follow-up.
Does it work for referral-heavy businesses like roofing?
Yes — referral request automation is commonly used with this integration, triggered after job completion, since referrals are a major lead source for roofing and similar trades.
Do I need to change my Jobber workflow?
No — your team continues using Jobber as usual for quoting, scheduling, and invoicing. The sync runs in the background.
Inspection Support Network (ISN)
Can this help manage relationships with referring real estate agents?
Yes — referring agents can be set up as their own contact type in the CRM, with their own nurture and check-in sequences separate from the homebuyers and sellers being inspected.
How fast does the automated response to a new booking request go out?
Immediately on receipt — since inspection booking windows are often tight around a contingency deadline, fast acknowledgment matters more here than in most trades.
Does this replace ISN's own reporting or scheduling tools?
No — ISN remains your system of record for inspection scheduling and report delivery. This adds the marketing, referral-tracking, and review-automation layer on top.
SPOTIO
How fast does a lead captured in the field get followed up on?
Immediately — a lead entered in SPOTIO during a door-to-door canvass syncs to the CRM and can trigger an automated text or email follow-up right away, while the homeowner conversation is still fresh.
Does this integration work for both roofing and pest control?
Yes — SPOTIO is used across both trades for field/door-to-door sales activity, and the integration works the same way for either.
Do reps need to change how they use SPOTIO?
No — reps continue logging leads and activity in SPOTIO as usual. The CRM sync and automation run in the background.
Comparisons
Managed vs. Self-Serve GoHighLevel: Which Is Right for a Home Service Business?
Is GoHighLevel itself different between the two options?
No — the underlying software is the same. The difference is entirely in who configures, integrates, and maintains it, and how much of that work is done for you versus left to you.
Can I start self-serve and switch to managed later?
Yes, though existing self-serve configuration usually needs to be reviewed and often rebuilt to match a managed service's standard, tested automation library and integration approach.
Is self-serve ever the better choice?
It can be, for a business with in-house marketing or ops staff who have the time and GoHighLevel experience to build and maintain it properly. For most single-location owner-operators without that resource, it isn't — most self-serve GoHighLevel accounts sit partially configured.
ManagedCRM.org vs. Building Your Own CRM Setup
What does 'DIY CRM' actually mean here?
Any setup where the business owner or office manager is directly responsible for configuring the CRM platform, building automations, and maintaining integrations themselves — whether that's GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or another tool.
Is DIY cheaper?
The software cost is usually lower, but the time cost is real — a properly configured CRM with working integrations and tested automation sequences typically takes weeks of dedicated setup time, plus ongoing maintenance as things change.
What happens when something breaks in a DIY setup?
Troubleshooting falls entirely on whoever built it — which is often the same person also running daily operations. A managed service includes ongoing support specifically for this.
ManagedCRM.org vs. Generic GoHighLevel Resellers
What's the actual difference — isn't it all just GoHighLevel underneath?
The underlying software is GoHighLevel either way. The difference is in setup depth, trade-specific automation, integration work, and the support team's familiarity with home service business operations versus generic SaaS support.
How do I tell a generic reseller from a managed, trade-specific service?
Ask what's actually included in setup, whether they integrate directly with your specific field-service software, whether their automation examples are trade-specific or generic, and who handles support when something breaks.
Are generic resellers cheaper?
Sometimes, but often because less setup and support work is actually included. It's worth comparing what's included in setup and ongoing support, not just the monthly sticker price.
